As growers and wine producers we have wines that the general mass of people want to drink, including us, and then there are wines we produce just because we love them...Cabernet Franc is one of those. If grown properly, the Franc has the big tannis and flavors of Cabernet Sauvignon but it aslo has a femine property with an ever so slight floral flavor profile. This is only 4 rows of our vineyard, 48 cases produced. Organically grown.
